Update on Cycle 1 of SSH’s Accreditation Program
The Council for Accreditation of Healthcare Simulation Programs is proceeding through the first cycle of accreditation site surveys. To date, six sites have been visited. The reviewers have commented to the high level of innovation, expertise, and commitment to quality demonstrated by these Simulation Centers. It is anticipated that the inaugural cohort of SSH accredited simulation centers will be announced in May, 2010.
Be on the lookout for a call for applications for the second cycle of reviews. The call will be posted on the SSH website in September, 2010.
